How The Outrage Farm Blinds & Distracts You

You do your morning routine. After showering, shaving, brushing your teeth, slapping on some deodorant, throwing on the clothing for the day and having a seat, you pull up your social media at the desktop, laptop or your phone.

Immediately you see a post, one in the long line of recent Current Things crosses your feed.

You’ve made your decision, those colonizers must be destroyed alongside the partriarchy, and on and on and on.

Did you really read that post, though? Roll a d20 against a Challenge Rating of 12.

If you succeeded, there’s a chance you did. Now roll your d6 for Perception.

Let me tell you, recently, some people rolled a 1 and botched it hard.

My post about being an “ally” on Twitter was never once meant to take sides, especially in a tribal war that has lasted for well over two thousand years. If England went to war with Scotland or Ireland, I might be a bit more invested. Being a bit politically atheistic (in that I don’t see anyone being god enough to deliver on everything they promise and thus, no faith in any of them,) I choose to see that particular Current Thing for what it is; a banker’s war to be exploited for money.

Yes, it’s the ongoing story of two warring tribes, both making claims on land, both getting their info from a holy book, both ready, willing, and able to stop at nothing to get it because they believe they’re right.

At present, we have the Abrahamic religions kicking into gear with End-time Prophecy comparisons, cherry-picking the ends of their books and of course we have people chiming in on how politicians should handle things.

Remember that clip I showed you yesterday? There were people on Twitter who honestly believed I was posting it to take a side. My singular response was to facepalm and just put the phone down and go “Goddammit, you have missed the point by two country miles…and I don’t care.”

This is why I composed the article from yesterday. I had a lot more that needed to be added. I needed to show everyone the point behind why the whole “allyship” is nothing more than a scam. This was a response in three parts. The point of my initial, completely missed…

Haven’t we covered the “I’m not an X but…” discussion over and over again? Not a good way to start this one off, in my opinion.

By now, we’re in the weeds. Deep in the weeds. Straying from the point so completely and totally, now we can all start to understand why I wrote the article.

…I think we can all agree that this is the product of outrage farming. Again, Lancelot’s line from Excalibur comes to mind.

The point of my initial post, completely missed because of the people have opted to choose a banker-funded “side.”

Not even the bankers funding both sides of this thing are only funding one side. That machine is funding both sides of this entire thing, arming both sides of this entire thing and will, no doubt, profit off of this entire thing.

All of you need to familiarize yourself with John Perkins who wrote Confessions of An Economic Hitman. Here, watch his TED Talk and apply what he says to Ukraine vs. Russia, Palestine vs. Israel, Left vs. Right, Red vs. Blue, hell, your favorite sportsball team vs. someone else’s favorite sportsball team. Whatever the case, just remember what happens when you decide to “pick a side.”

It’s why, neither side you will ever pick will be the right one. It’s why being an “ally” is the most dangerous and least-beneficial thing you will ever do. It’s why all of these “sides” are a total scam. When you hear “Soros-backed” in front of a group’s name, it’s best to also ask who is funding your “side” assuming you choose one.

Reader, take a sip of that coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. Take a step back from this article for a moment. Hang up any religious, political or social beliefs for a second. Take a deep breath and look out your window for a few minutes. Just do that for a few minutes. Come back when you’re done with that.

If you’re not a little calmer, keep repeating that process until you are and then come back when you’re good and ready and your mind is clear.

If you’re ready, here we go. What Perkins illustrates in his TED talk is that we make loans through these colossal banks that have all the money. Not your local branch, mind you, we’re talking bigger. Are you thinking of The Federal Reserve? Nope, much bigger. Think much bigger. We’re sending money everywhere hoping for something to kick off so that we can then fund the other side of that on-going war and then arming both.

When I tell you that war does not determine who is right or wrong but who’s left, that is no lie. The “winner” then makes their claim, goes into power and then we come to them when they’re at their most vulnerable and make demands because they cannot repay those loans in money, arms, people, etc. If they don’t comply, then we go in and have people taken out and installed until we get what we want. That’s nation-building. They become our “allies” and do you see how disposable they are?

As an “ally” your continued association is completely conditional and predicated on your willingness to comply. You’re on the plantation. You’re completely enslaved to that person, group or nation. Furthermore, your willingness to comply still does not guarantee you will enjoy any benefits. If you need evidence of this, there’s a TV show set in the cold war called The Americans and, in one season, a woman working for the Russian Embassy gets hemmed up by the FBI Agent and then has to feed him information about her own country. She gets caught, sent to a Russian Gulag and then she is ordered to start doing more things and is still executed even after she does all that they ask.

This is something that occurred post-revolution Russia and in Hitler’s Germany during Night of The Long Knives.

“But I’ve done everything you asked!” will not be a defense. You. Are. Disposable. Disposable, replaceable and expendable, get it clear in your mind, you will outlive your usefulness.

Personally, I’m not choosing a “side” anywhere. We are not the world’s police, that’s the lesson I took from studying The Vietnam War in history class and by talking with Vietnam veterans. Whenever we are being asked to “Pick A Side” you can safely bet your entire life savings that you’re being asked to support someone else’s investment.

The warning signs are there. They’ll use cherry-picked “facts,” fearmongering, guilt, othering, insults, shunning and violence against you for not choosing the side in which they’re invested. Deeply invested.

This is the time to ask yourself what you’re invested in and why and deeply examine it. Check it out from a completely objective perspective and try to argue it, from a reasonable, not an extreme position of opposition. Question it. Question everything. Investigate it all. Every claim, every stance, any and all of it. Whatever you can objectively confirm, go with that. It has to be factual, it has to withstand scrutiny and, if someone simply uses ad homimen attack, it’s a safe bet that it’s self-evident.

Remember that, this isn’t about belief, this is about what is factual, true and self-evident, no matter what anyone else’s feelings may be. As I’ve stated before, it will be a lonely road, one you may have to endure alone for a long time but you will find others and they’ll be willing to help you along.

Think for yourself while it’s still legal, everyone. Start paying attention to the one behind the curtain.
